Not only is each event tailored to fit your groups individual needs and preferences but the best part is that it is all online. Our fundraising engine is powered by the internet. Participants are not asked to do traditional fundraising by making phone calls, mailing out requests or knocking on doors or funding everything themselves. Our program allows participants to register for your event online and send out event specific "email donation request letters." All a donor has to do is "click" to donate securely online by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or online check.

Motorcycle Miracle's Role

Motorcycle Miracles assists the organization/charity in marketing their event through creating an event brochure that can be used to physically distribute or download from our website. The event organizer receives a packet of information with sample brochures and letters that are used to help create their customized forms that will be used for their ride. Our website has been designed to help the organizer manage the event from start to finish. Here are the things the website manages:

1. Provides ride event details (date/time/place etc)
2. Registers riders and fundraisers online
3. Assists participants in obtaining sponsorship thru "web mail" donation requests
4. Provides the ability for the organizer to correspond with the registrants throughout the process.
5. Allows donors to donate online using Visa/MasterCard/Amex or online checks
6. Tracks gift certificate prize levels by participant
7. Provides event chairman/organizer with financial info (donations received) 24 hours a day

Event Organizer's Role

The event organizer's role is greatly simplified and financially far more productive by working with Motorcycle Miracles. Their responsibilities include:

Before the ride:

1. Pick a date for the ride
2. Determine ride route
3. Plan any food & beverage, entertainment provisions
4. Utilize Motorcycle Miracles website and recommended processes and reporting provided to maximize the success of the event.

Day of the ride and post ride:

1. Collect and track with any last minute cash/check donations not already accounted for by the day of the ride.
2. Assist with distribution of gift certificates supplied for participants
3. Process all donations and reporting collected day of the ride to Motorcycle Miracles.
